  I have been receiving this problem for the past 3 days and now this is pissing me off to an unimaginable extent. I purchased the Imperial Edition a month ago, and started my subscription just right now- 2 days ago. Firstly, after downloading the game through Steam, the launcher opens. okay, so it starts downloading. Afterwards, it gets stuck on 3% for 4 HOURS. Tyga ice cream man download free. So then, I resolve this issue, will a couple of more freezes coming in. Everything is fine because I'm really excited to play. THEN, the game finally finishes downloading.   • Seeing as its been five days and no help i'll have a go 'eso encountered a fatal error. (Error 11)' and 'Client Fatal Error gfx.description' error gfx makes me think theres some problem with your graphics card (so make sure the drivers are up to date) but also from a quick google search for error 11 it sound like its a bugged/broken update crashing the game and as your download got stuck sounds like it could be right, the sugested action is delete it from steam and reinstall or try a repair (guide here).

Can't start the game, stuck at launcher

Hey guys I'm having a problem with the Beta. A couple of days ago I downloaded the Beta and tried to start it: I got the error 103 because the servers were not open yet. However if I try to start the beta now I can't: when I open the launcher the Play button is grayed out, and if I try to press update the % is stuck at 0%. I tried reparing the installation but it didn't give me any error after it checked all the files. How can I fix this problem?
