Quick but effective
There are so many options with this app. I use it daily and can always find some meditation that fits my feelings. It is quick yet effective.
The audio of the twelve steps is excellent as well. Glad I found this app.
Night time meditating
This is probably one of my favorite apps, its the only one that gets used the most. It has everything that I look for in guided or music meditations. It seriously keeps me sane on a daily basis.
